Superior Plastics is committed to satisfy applicable requirements, continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, and to ensure that every product or service we provide will meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES
95% Customer Acceptance as measured by the number of complaints/returns received from customers. 95% Customer On-Time Delivery as measured by the percent of shipments made on time against the customer ship date.

PRODUCT CONFORMITY
All employees contribute to product conformity. If you see product that appears to be defective, notify the quality inspector or your supervisor immediately so the problem can be corrected.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EFFECTIVENESS
Each employee contributes to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by performing their job correctly and to the best of their ability.

If we do not follow the Quality Management System requirements, then we run the risk of losing customers by supplying defective product or delivering products that are past the customers due date.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEFINITION:
A quality management system is a collection of business processes focused on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction.

ETHICAL BEHAVIOR DEFINITION:
Acting in ways consistent with what society and individuals typically think are good values. Ethical behavior is good for business and involves demonstrating respect for key moral principles that include honesty, fairness, equality, dignity, diversity, and individual rights. If you see anyone not following these guidelines contact a member of management immediately.

FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS/DAMAGE (FOD) PREVENTION
Before finishing parts and before closing boxes, inspect for foreign objects for foreign material. Make sure tools, fixtures, test equipment, and work area are maintained and clean to prevent foreign object debris/damage.
